Cylindrical grinding machine, non-operation, with automatic exchange a workpiese and automatic exchange a grinding wheel.

I am a Czech engineer mechanical - designer. I present to you my new invention “Cylindrical grinding machine, non-operation, with automatic exchange a workpiese and automatic exchange a grinding wheel”. I offer to you make an agreement about licence this invention. The application for patent was register in Prague NO: PV 2345-96.  

The principle cylindrical grinding machine.

Contemporary the cylindrical grinding machines has the axis workpiece above work table and the frame is so-called "open ". This design comparing with "closed frame ", has not the sufficient rigidity for grinding with high speed and the large power, particularly of the solid material. The automation exchange workpiece and wheels are very difficult.

My invention the grinding machine non-operation has the axis workpiece  above the axis of the wheelhead  and under the plane of the work table.

The frame of the grinding machine is composite of the top part, two stands  and the bottom part. This form is the closed rigit frame.

The grinding spindle has two parts. The first part  with the cone  has the drive. The second part with the cone  is pivoted in the body, it is push fit the wheel head.

This project alloas down the axis of the workpiece beside actual grinding machines and reduce height of the grinding machine and the weight. Constituently level up consistence of the machine and facilitates the easy automation exchange the workpieces and the wheels.   Inplicid application CNC.
